We currently using a Strippit 1250 - 30 - 1500. When working for about
2 to 2.5 hours then we get a "open door" error. Had the technician out with no results. Checked and replaced all the sensors. Our biggest problem is tool change. Once the door has been opened "all hold" stays on and turrent cannot be rotated - message reads "Door Open" but clicking of contactor in control box can be heard when door is closed. When machine is turned off for 5 minutes the problem is cleared for a while or until next tool change. This also accurs during punching "rotate hold" comes up when turrent turns to another station.- posted
