The equations are
F = sqrt(pL/R) = flow
pL = pressure loss
R = flow resistence
Pipes parallel:
1/sqrt(R) = 1/sqrt(R1) + 1/sqrt(R2) + 1/sqrt(R3) ...
F = F1 + F2 + F3 ...
pL = const
Pipes in series:
sqrt(R) = sqrt(R1) + sqrt(R2) + sqrt(R3) ...
F = const
pL = pL1 + pL2 + pL3 ...
These equations can be handled easily. R>0 and pL>=0.
