 I'm searching one ore more free or very cheaper tools able to:
- draw a ladder diagram
- compile it in ansi C

Could you help me please?

I'm developing a PLC (electronic device with a microprocessor) for an
automotive customer.
This device is programmed in C but can be more interesting to people that
don't know C...
