RST controller: Looking for a tutorial

Hello,

I was wondering if any of you guys happen to know where
I can find a good tutorial on RST controllers?

I looked in a book I have about PID controllers, but the book
didn't mention anything about RST controllers. So I am also wondering
if RST is just another name for PID controllers?
