Any thoughts on this?

Re: Lego Mindstorms NXT upgrade becomes available in August
The new sensors sounds cool. So does the larger memory. Hopefully
all the Open Source tools for the RCX will be ported to the NXT soon.
There's much more about the NXT at
<http://news.lugnet.com/announce/?n121> and
<http://news.lugnet.com/robotics/> .
Play well,
Jacob
PS: It appears that Linux already is ported to the CPU used in the
NXT.

I'm disappointed that it has appears to have lost its IR comms. This means
that two units can't communicate any more. Bluetooth can't be used between
NXT units since Bluetooth isn't peer-to-peer, it is a master slave type
setup. Has anyone seen anything to prove my guess wrong on that?
