Crosspost to sci.polymers, sci.chem and sci.materials. There may be subgroups that are more specialized, but they also have significantly fewer readers. The usenet is a numbers game. Since the ante is zero, it's easy to experiment and see what works.

Since this is a pretty big subject a more specific question will get you a more specific answer.

Google "organic semiconductor" 362,000 hits.

I would suggest a question in Sci.Chem for a chem type answer, also there may be some quite knowledgeable people in the electronic newsgroups for example Sci.Electronics.Design
