looking for an ultrasonic sensor

I am searching the web for days, but didn't find much, maybe you can
help me:
looking for an ultrasonic sensors with range 12m. 15m is better.
weight<0.4Kg, with sync in, with temperature compensation.
The sensor suppose to operate in a harsh enivironment - many
vibrations.
