AAM Lincoln Mark VII

Does anybody know where can find AAM resin (All American Models) Lincoln Mark VII 1/24?

No, but I owned two of them in real life. (they were built within 3 months of each other)

Still have the Ford shop manual, and five (5) True Spoke wire wheels for one of them. Probably still got a big Holly from one and a bunch of other parts. They are hard to work on. (electric, and vacuum wise)

Nothing like a moon roof the size of another's car door..... (460, w/posi kinda nice too)

Did you have a Mark V (last 460 was offered in 1978). Mark VII had 5.0L (believe all were efi by then) and I believe a BMW Turbo Diesel was offered for one year.

Hi 5.0,

I'd guess E-bay. Only Art knows how many he cast.

Bill do you have any resin kits you want to sell?

Excuse me, you are right. Doh... I had two 78 MK V's

No matter I am looking at a *dead* 88 Lincoln MK VIII LSC right now. (I like Lincolns)

Matter of fact, it has 84k miles, and a 5 liter Mustang engine that has been run on Mobil 1 all it's life. It has an exhaust leak, and a few electrical problems, don't plan of fixing it. Body's straight, but it's got to go soon...

Anyone want the engine, make offer soon. (and I'm not kidding)

And last I knew, Art ain't casting any more. :^(

Any word on handing the 'legacy' along to another molder? I sure would like to get a '57 Ford 300 (or whatever that short coupe was called).

No Lincolns. My fascination with Lincolns waned when they took it 'aero'.

I only have the one AAM Fox-body Mustang and I built it as a model of my real one. I wish that I had gotten one of the notchback bodies.

Oh yeah, I DO have one of his '62 Studebaker GT Hawks. I almost forgot about that one. Lovely car and a great tribute to Brooks Stevens.

I've read that some of his stuff has been copied by R & R Vacuumcraft. Hendrix makes a Club Victoria body for the '57. I don't think it's the same one you mean. If you remember Mark Gustavson's model in the Bare Metal Foil ads 10 years ago, you've seen a Club Vicky. Someone over on the HH board was asking about '57 Custom 300 bumpers today. There must be one around again. Maybe a good place to check would be Resin Realm. The last time I was there he carried a listing of Hendrix's products.

No, sorry. I think that my nearest friend into cars may have some resin but it's more likely to be Modelhaus stuff and just parts at that. FoMoCo? Nah, he's a GM man.
