I'll be watching the progress of this auction with interest (damn; can hardly type....still thinking about Al).
About 20-25 years ago, when I was on a mini sci-fi kick, I bought several of this series. When the Squadron Shop in Maryland closed, I got all of their supply that was left. My idea was to build a large planetoid combat diorama but never got around to it.
If I come to the realization that I will never build any of them, it will be nice to see what the "market" price of at least one of them is.
A number of the kits have beeb re-released as of late. The ones that haven't get a higher price obviously. There was even a 1/20 Nutrocker (hover tank) variant called the Oskar that's a injected/vac-form combo. Quite neat. The original Nutrocker was 1/76. WRF

Re-released....oh great! Story of my life! Buy high, sell low, that's my usual tactic, it seems. Guess I need to get better at knowing when to hold 'em, knowing when to fold 'em. ;~)
