My esteemed colleague in the aerospace bearings division, and QA representative for the whole company, retires in a couple of months and we are seeking a replacement.
Mostly pretty dull stuff I'm afraid; preparing quotes, processing customer orders, maintaining quality records etc but with the occasional bit of engineering input in verifying interchanges or providing technical advice to the commercial (non aerospace) sales staff.
Company is on the very edge of west London near M40/M25 junction and, after all the problems some of you may remember from a couple of years ago, is now much reduced in size but on a reasonably firm footing (as much as anything is at the moment!).
Never know, It might suit someone out there - no harm in asking.
