Churnet Valley Model Railway Department & North Staffordshire Railway Company (1978) Ltd, present their first Model Railway Show to be held at Cheddleton Station on the Churnet Valley Railway, Staffs on Sunday 12th September 2004 between 10:30am and 4:30pm.

Celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Leek & Manifold Valley Light Railway & 25 years of the NSRC we will feature 9 layouts in "N" and "OO" Gauge from pre-grouping to Modern image coming from near and far. Also Including a first outing for a digitally controlled layout!
Also 5 trade stands selling model or railway orientated items.
It is hoped to include a special guest appearance of miniature steam locos "Manifold & Dove" as worked on the Leek & Manifold railway track bed in the early 1990's courtesy of Alan Blackhurst -not seen by the public for over 10 years.
Brian Morris -Local historian, is hoping to display his "Magic Lantern" slides on the Leek & Manifold - some colour pictures.
Full size train rides available on the CVR offering a 11 mile round trip. (Not included in entrance fee to show)
