Saw that over on rec.models.rc.air. Dave Brown, president of the Academy of Model Aeronautics, was in Ireland and brought it in for a landing.
Had the same thought about Ashcroft, Ridge, et. al. - another harmless thing for them to restrict to give the "impression" of doing something.
Indeed, they've just sucessfully test-flown the first ICMB.
