I am looking for an electrical engineer by the name of David C. Rife. He graduated from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University (formerly Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn) about 1974 under Dr. Robert R. Boorstyn. After his PhD, he worked at Bell Labs.
