Recognition for a talented metalworker & gunsmith

I'd been trying to relocate the website I had seen a few years ago, and finally found this award for craftsmanship for the same man.. 2006 Metalworking Craftsman of the Year

To make his miniature guns, he made miniature metalworking machines, including a mini Bridgeport mill.

I still didn't find the earlier site I'd seen, but this one seems to include all of the info that the other one did.
