Other than getting the halfnium-which should be readily available as a consumable- what would be so hard about building a plasma cutter?
Is the high voltage pulsed or regulated or otherwise timed? What is the voltage of a plasma cutter and current for a decent machine? Yah, I know, what is decent?
Why are these beasts so expensive?
