Great suggestion!

on balsa, I cut slightly oversize and sand to the line. I can't keep an xacto or scroll saw goin straight! Probably a personal problem! :-)

don't go there. There might be some ladies in here. hehehe.

a LOT smaller than a BLKCH! Haaaar.

Unfortunately, the 'same copier' trick works only if a) the copier resizes the same way in both directions, or b) all of the parts on the plan have the same orientation. If the copier stretches things a bit horizontally and shrinks a bit vertically, and if, say, your fuselage formers are shown in a different orientation than your fuse sides . . . lots of sanding and Zap-a-Gap . . .
