Got a West V51 (ex magnum) engine which needed a new carb after an argument with the ground! Carb arrived and fitted but although I can get high end running fine, I am having problems with tickover. Looks like this one has 2 settings? The needle valve and also a screw in the card arm itself. How do I set this up please?
