Exporting Floor Plans (Locations & Dimmensions) to a Text file?

Hi,

Given a floor plan drawing in Autocad. Is there any way to export the location and dimmensions of the rooms to a text file in the following format?

locationName1,x1,y1,x2,y2,x3,y3,x4,y4,....

Any lisp solutions available for this?
