We are having trouble with starter overload getting hot and tripping. The motor is pulling 13 AMPs without a load. Installed fans in electrical cabinet which helped, but it is still tripping. Could this be a bearing issue with the spindle? I've run motor without bolts to spindle. Motor runs fine but haven't checked AMPs. The spindle just seems stiff.
