Compatible Ckt Breakers For A LX112-24 Box by the Federal Pacific Electric Co. ?

Question

HelloWant to add a few circuit breakers to an existing box in a residence.Hate to pull one out to take to HD, and realize that there aremany different physical sizes of these things.Was wondering if anyone might happen to know what circuit breakermodels (single pole, 15 amp) will fit in a:LX112-24 by the Federal Pacific Electric Companywho I understand is no longer in business. One example of a 'behind the meter' surge protector:    typically cost more money for less joules.  To combine other posts in this and so many other newsgroupsinto one response:  may be good reason why no one will supplyparts for your breaker box. The manufacturer is FederalPacific or FPE.  Box may be the type that has a notoriouslyhistory.  Learn if your breaker box is that dangerous type asdemonstrated here:     You might consider first replacing the breaker box.  Thiswould also upgrade the earthing that was not sufficient forsurge protection 25 years ago.Robert11 wrote:
