Job opportunities available for those with an ABET background

Centurum will be bidding on the C4ISR Joint Warfighter EUCOM proposal due to the government, January 23rd. We are looking to identify candidates with a degree from an ABET accredited program. I have attached the two types of positions we are looking to fill. Positions will be located in Stuttgart, Germany for one year.

Systems Engineer

Each Systems Engineer shall be skilled in the selection, adaptation, extension, and application of sophisticated analytical tools, such as computer simulation, automated data analysis techniques, throughput analysis and other similar methodologies and techniques. Personnel proposed for this category shall have theoretical and conceptual knowledge and skill as well as specific systems knowledge and experience necessary to perform the analysis of the identified electronic systems. They shall be knowledgeable of IEEE 12207, 1220, J-STD-16, and EIA-639 information technology related specifications. The Systems Engineer shall have minimum qualifications as follows:

a. Bachelors of Science (BS) degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or computer science. The degree shall be from an institution with an ABET accredited program or accredited within the field of discipline (Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology degrees do not qualify). U.S. citizenship is required.

AND

b. Ten (10) years of experience in the field of C4ISR electronic systems analysis, which shall include support of the system and equipment described herein is desired. Experience that is limited to the production and fabrication of electronic equipment or hardware is not desirable for this labor category. DoD security clearance of Secret or better is required.

Design Engineer

Individuals proposed under this category shall have theoretical knowledge, analytical skill and work experience that prepares them to support and participate in comprehensive analyses of electronic systems concepts, designs and test requirements. Design Engineers shall have minimum qualifications as follows:

a. Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in electrical/ computer/ electronics engineering, physics, mathematics, or computer science from an institute with an ABET accredited program (Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology degrees do not qualify) and U.S. citizenship.

AND

b. Five (5) years of experience in the field of electronic systems analysis, which shall include support of the C4ISR system and equipment described in SOW Para 3.1. Experience which has been limited to the production and fabrication of electronic equipment/hardware is not desirable for this labor category. Work with Navy experience is desired. DoD security clearance of Secret or better is required
