There is a panel on a Digital video camcorder where you can pause, play, zoom and so on. The problem is when a static material was placed near the panel, it will gone berserk i.e. toggles between record and pause. Even worse, when I rubbed on the panel softly, same problem occur. Whatz going on? Is it because the Camcoder was not grouded properly??
