How hard is the surface of epoxy bonded carbon rods?
I but assume epoxy forms the surface. What's the surface hardness compared to ceramics materials?
I'll need to preshape 3mm (.118") rods with approximately a 290mm (11.5") radius, is this possible, and how? Heat?
I'm not a composite materials specialist, so bear with me ;)
