Release 3.38.2
- Fixed discarge coefficient standard setting for flow nozzles. Program logic did not allow proper setting for discharge coefficient for ASME standard flow nozzles and ISA flow nozzles. This caused the program to not calculate the discharge coefficient and not solve for a proper value for beta, etc.

- Fixed the Fluid Properties to display all fluids. Program error was causing the fluid properties selection dialog to miss the first 22 components.
