I would like to compare the shear stress of a isotropic tube versus a orthotropic tube with the torsion formulas. I already have a the formula for the isotropic tube (tau= Tr/J) but I'm looking for the one used for the orthotropic tube. Can anyone suggest me a good book of reference in composites in which I will be able to find the formula in torsion for the orthotropic tube? Thanks for your help.
