I wonder how much the 4' x 10' granite table weighs.
Lots of these types of places all over So. Cal. A shit load of prototype and medical parts come out of them. Or used to. Which is probably why its up for sale.
My dream home will have a detached shop. Shrug.

How many of you (like me) clicked first on the shop picture and totally ignored everything else?

If someone has that dream near Raleigh, NC, let me know. Getting ready to put my house up for sale - 5 acres, 4200 Sq ft ranch (2210 first floor, 2000 unfinished basement), 30' x 40' story and a half garage (200 amp 220 v service, 6" concrete floor, 9' 4" ceiling, 18' x 8' garage door). Just getting the final inspection on the garage. Two years ago my wife promised we would live here another 5 to 10 years - should have gotten it in writing.

Nice house, nice shop, but it's sitting in what amounts to a desert and the front yard of the house and the house itself is (judging by the photo showing the erosion) about to vanish into an abyss when the next quake takes place! It would take a fool to plunk down a nearly
1-Million investment for a property like this, but evidently these are in no short supply in California!Sure doesn't make me eager to relocate from New England to California. Here we enjoy four seasons, an ocean and some mountains 30-minites apart, solid bedrock, no deserts properties requiring constant irrigation to live in, and no significant quakes that will wipe your home away in seconds.

More likely it has a phase converter. It never says 3 phase runs from the pole.
Where's the house you're selling?
It's hard to see, but looks like there are 2 pigs on the pole....Paul
