win a nexgen welding helmet (must be a student to submit a design)

2006 JUMP Student Helmet Design Challenge Participants must be a welding student at a grade school, high school, community college, vocational

technology school or other community educational center to be eligible to enter.

All designs must be done on a Jackson helmet. The helmet itself must be turned in to Jackson for entry

into the contest. Photos or digital images of the design will not be accepted.

All helmet entries must be accompanied by this form, completed in full. To further ensure a valid entry,

please label the inside of your helmet with your name.

A helmet may be entered be either:

Sending the helmet to Jackson Products, 801 Corporate Centre Drive, Suite

O'Fallon, MO 63368, Attn: JUMP Design Challenge. Helmets sent to Jackson's

corporate office must be received NO LATER THAN OCSTOBER 15, 2006

-ORBringing

the helmet to the Jackson Booth # 22041 at the AWS Show held at the

ATLANTA CONVENTION CENTER, ATLANTA, GA, NO LATER THAN 5PM, OCTOBER

31, 2006. Helmets may not be mailed directly to the show.

Helmets will be returned to participants by Novermber 20, 2006

Winner will receive a Jackson Halo X NexGenT EQC® welding helmet retail priced at $375.00.
