I am working in the tooling maintenance dept. ( plastic Moulding ). some defect of the tooling i can't explain. Can members help me to explain how could this happen ? thanks in advance. Erosion was found on the flash line of the matching inserts.The mould was to produce nomal POM gear for about 5 years.
