SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Program, maintain and troubleshoot robotics applications.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES:
· Program robotics systems
· Setup tooling and robotics systems.
· Maintain storage of all related software, robot parts programs, weld parameters, etc.
· Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical tooling.
· Monitor robotics and laser welding consumable
· Train operators and supervisors in operations of robotics systems.
· Develop, implement, monitor and maintain a preventative maintenance programs for robotics and laser weld cells.
· Order and reorder of tooling, fixturing and related consumable.
· Performs special tasks and assignments as required.
· Responsible for plant safety rules, QS 9000 & ISO regulations.
