SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Program, maintain and troubleshoot robotics applications.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES:
Program robotics systems
Setup tooling and robotics systems.
Maintain storage of all related software, robot parts programs, weld parameters, etc.
Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical tooling.
Monitor robotics and laser welding consumable
Train operators and supervisors in operations of robotics systems.
Develop, implement, monitor and maintain a preventative maintenance programs for robotics and laser weld cells.
Order and reorder of tooling, fixturing and related consumable.
Performs special tasks and assignments as required.
Responsible for plant safety rules, QS 9000 & ISO regulations.
