The board will have an Ateml controller (MEGA8/16), BASIC compiler (true binary output unless others), boot loader for downloading the software to the board via your PC and 2 motor controllers.
Keep checking bastoc.com for its release. If you are just looking for a low cost programmer, this will be the way to get into Atmel/Robotics.
