What are the differences between the MRC Tech 2 power packs of 15 years ago and the Tech 4 models that are currently on the market.
Our club hasn't had great luck with the Tech 2s and are debating the purchase of some Tech 4s.
Are the technologically more advanced? Are they reliable?

I do know that at least some of them have a feature that will keep the speed constant on up and downgrades. And the 250 and 350 have an optional walkaround throttle that plugs in, but I did notice at one shop that a 350 with a walkaround wasn't much cheaper than the Control Master 20 which comes with a walk-around. In this case I would probably just get the big one. ($20-$30 more).
