Took my 175 to the shop, and they could not find anything wrong with it. They were impressed with my making a new trigger with a doorbell button. I used it on some fairly heavy metal, and had it cranked up to J and wire to
8, and it didn't sputter. Welded for long enough to heat up the board in case that WAS the cause, but it didn't stop.Guess it was just that nut that was tightening up.
Did have an unusual experience. Changed rolls of wire, and automatically put the label out. It will not work with the wire rolling over the top, but the wire must come off almost straight into the drive from the bottom.
It was odd that they would label it on the back side.
