I have two 4 strokes that I acquired at an estate sale. Both are used. I have bench run them only. both run fine.
OS 1.20 surpass II w/ pump. has good compression and tight bearings. box and manual included. $200
saito .45. has good compression and tight bearings. no box or manual. intake on carburetor is cut ( but runs fine ). $50
