I can't believe that no one has mentioned meta cut or filter max or Mastercams own arc filtering software. even if you have a bunch of small triangles in the incoming data you can filter a lot out with arc fitting.
When I used Mastercam I also used Fadals and never saw the problem you describe. But that was in 1996 last time I used Fadals.
