how to draw cam contour?

Hi,

I have a cam contour,but I don't know how to draw it with autocad.Below is data

Base circle is diameter 100.0 mm

0-90 degree Dwell

90-140 degree Modified trapezoid (-4mm)

140-310 degree Dwell

310-360 degree Modified trapezoid (4mm)
