Due to a dire need to snap a couple of customers off at the knees... and a feeling that I have gained corporate survival skills... suitable for at least another 6 months to a year rip, I put my resume on Monster.com and replied to a wide range of offers in the 80k-100k range. 150 or more resume's in total they were to very specific openings (unless some were recruiters just gathering resume;s which probably half or more were).
My history shows a project consulting career..not what some employers think indicates stability. 30 projects and as many companies in the last 10 years. Ive never been a salaried type of person. Mechanical/ Electrical engineering,industrial project logistics, options and management.
any comments on viability with Monster or other issues in this range?
