loking for advise fro ligtning protection for stadium and recommended method of installation for conductors on metal cladding taking into considersation of heat expansion where traditional method of saddle and clip are not advisable

Pay for it. You do not want the grief that can arise from incompetence. Remember, however, that highly paid consultants can also be incompetent.
