Unfortunately, when I mentioned EHV transformers, the LV winding would likly be in the 13-200KV range and the high voltage winding in excess of 200KV with power ratings up to the GW level. Different animal and subject to considerable overvoltages due to switching surges and lightning. Same concept though.
