i want to make a tow dollie the size of which would be 8 feet from end to end that would lift 13ooo lbs with two beams running side by side i thought you could use two 4in tubes thank frank

A few questions need to be answered before I can even give a WAG.
Does it have wheels, if so where? How much load on the hitch, (if it has a hitch)? Is the load evenly distributed, or at one point? Are you asking about round or square tube? Is this for highway or off road only? Can you provide a pict or link to one you are copying?
