I have been thinking about a carriage riding on a box way with the standard gib to provide the x-y axis support, but also a pair of gibs (one for each side) instead of the typical shimmed fit for the z axis. I haven't been able to come up with any information for this type of setup. Has anyone done such thing? Or can offer opinion/insight? Thanks in advance. -ss
