Build your own 5th axis

I'm referring to the fifth axis of rotation as the entire milling head CW or CCW as you face the mill. Easy to do manually by loosening the clamp bolts and turning manually.

Has anyone seen a clever design to do this with a servo motor? Kind of like a rotary table on the mill head? I'd like to try my hand at building one for my CNC knee mill, but loss of rigidity looks to be a major issue - best to copy a proven idea. I'd only be looking at something that would use an air motor to loosen clamp bolts, move, then retighten.
