Bodine's DC drives use filtered supplies and have a nominal 130VDC output. Downside is that they're very expensive compared to an equivalent KB, Dart, or Minarik controller.

Just got off of Bodine's site, their DC motors go up to 1/2HP, their DC PWM drives to 7/16HP, SCR drive to 1/3HP.
