My method would be to glue the broken parks, bondo it and make a smooth casting pattern made larger to account for shrinkage,, send to foundry, machine the raw casting and there we get a perfect reproduction of the original. Leno doesn't truly "restore" most of his fleet, but they are his so he can do what he wants. Can the CNC duplicate a rough cast finish?
