I was given a blade blank that was purchased from BlackJack knives going out of business auction. I tried grinding it on my 6" bench grinder and it came out pretty good for a first try. Is it easier to hollow grind on the 2" X
72" belt sander than it is on a bench grinder? The person that gave me the BlackJack knives blade blank said they had 2 grinding wheels set up similar to some knife sharperners where you just pull the blade between the 2 grinding wheels to get the hollow grind on both sides at once.
