He does wonderful work, doesn't he? If you've ever wondered why he wears long-sleeved shirts all the time, it's to cover up all his tattoos in front of the cameras. I saw an early picture of him in short sleeves and he looks like a retired Navy man or biker. De boy be tacked back, mon. ;)

That's another reason to build one. You can double the size for a very small increase in price.

Not really, but it could be used occasionally. At least a 1-hp dust collector is a must if you're going to be doing very much sanding at all. The fine dust plugs up shop vac filters quickly. I ended up with the Grizzly G1029, a 1300cfm sucker with 1.5-hp and 0.3 micron bags for my shop. ($300 worth)
