I'm glad to see somebody got their quick hitch to work. I got tired of having to fight every implement and decided it was faster for me to do an implement change without the darn thing.

Do we get to see a movie of it actually digging plants?

You're kidding. The quick hitch is the best invention sence sliced bread. Never heard of anyone having trouble. I probably average ten hookups a week on this tractor. Just back up till you bump the pins and raise the lift arms. Drive away and go to work.

Bob, It has a LOT to do with your ability to accurately line up the tractor and the hooks with the pins. Especially on uneven ground, that can be difficult, sometimes. Worse, with light implements. With heavy ones, you can just barge in.

I've never had a problem with conventional lift arms and pins, but I know a lot of guys who have the quick-lift system, and they just love it!

I've got an old Deutz 56, and I can unhook and re-hook up my scrape box, or bush hog, or lift boom in just a couple of minutes. Even ten times a week, that's not a great cost of effort. Which is why I don't have a quick-attach system.

Yep, I don't use the quick hitch system on all the CAT1 equipment. But I do have three Fords just to cut down on changeovers. My biggest problem is trying to look down OVER the bifocal.

I know I'd sure appreciate that. I can kinda see how it works, but seeing it in action should be pretty damned cool.

Now things are making sence. We all know crappy tools are just a frustration. With a good one, you don't even get off the tractor to hook up.

pretty simpe concept, the shaker chain runs on three sided pulleys that make it bounce violently and the soil falls off. But, like anything, its a matter of how well the concept is implemented.
