We will also be doing rocket building and staffing a booth at the Brentwood Science Community Fair on Sunday, May 23rd from 11:00 am -
4:00 pm. If you wish to attend, great. It should be fun for the entire family. If you wish to attend and help in the booth or with the building, then feel free to show up early (and enjoy the promised free coffee and doughnuts)."Very near the Getty Center."
These are the directions for showing up early as an exhibitor, but the regular parking for normal attendees will be nearby, so follow the directions and look for signs and folks directing traffic at the school.
From the 405 either going north or south get off at Wilshire Blvd and go west towards the ocean and Santa Monica.
Go to Bundy Ave. and talk a right so now you are heading north towards Brentwood.
Go past Montana Ave. and you will see the school on the left. You should see the 'exhibitor parking only' parking lot. Someone will be standing there in a vest and will show you where to go.
On the other side of the school the day of the fair is the Brentwood Farmers Market and they close down Gretna Green so stay away from that side of the school.
