Miller Snap Start - HF-251 differences??

TIA for any information on the following units:

Is the Snap Start able to output continuous HF or is it only for arc starting?

What is the diffrence between the Snap Start and Snap Start II? Are they both 115v?

Is the only difference between a HF-251D-1 and HF-251-2 that one is 115v and the other 230v?
