Mystery Steel

Guys I have a puzzle for you.

At work they were playing with a vast array of tool steels to test for certain properties. They got some rems from Metal shorts years ago in the form of 2 inch circles, laser cut from 14 ga sheet. These samples tested really well, but now we can't find any info on what steel this is.

We have a metallurgical analysis.

Sample 1 Sample 2 C Carbon 0.882 0.858 Mn Manganese 0.475 0.482 Si Silicon 0.203 0.208 P Phosphorus 0.00727 0.00746 S Sulphur 0.00568 0.00542 Cr Chromium 0.895 0.901 Ni Nickle 0.0564 0.0575 Mo Molybdenum 0.220 0.220 Cu Copper 0.125 0.120 V Vanadium 0.00311 0.00336 Al Aluminum 0.0364 0.0370 Ti Titanium 0.00076 0.00080 Nb Niobium 0.00227 0.00238 Sn Tin 0.00609 0.00604 N Nitrogen 0.0300 0.0300 Fe Iron 97.05 97.06

I have searched some big online databases of tool steels and the closest I can come up with is a higher-than-normal carbon L2 tool steel.

Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like it would be in the 41xx family except for the eutectic carbon content.
