There is really no way to tell for sure how much acetylene is in there unless you have a super accurate scale with a thermometer and you can do the calculations. We sell those cyl's as 10 cft but I know when they are filled they will differ on accuracy due to the temperature during filling. If you see any larger cyls you should notice that they have hand written numbers which indicate how much cf are inside. The filler makes this determination. You will also notice that acetylene cyls of this type tend to have more acetylene cf in the winter months than in the summer. Hot cyls simply are much harder to fill. So that explanation out of the way I would assume the same criteria holds for all cyls whether large or compact.
